Writing has been a big part of my life.  I have been writing since I was a freshman in high school.  I started off by writing poetry, then I moved on to fan fiction and short stories.  I'm now working on writing children's books and adult books.  I have also worked briefly as a journalist, where I got experience writing articles.  I have several poems published in books and I have won awards in poetry, along with short stories at the local level.   I received my master's degree in education and my bachelors in psychology.  I used to be a teacher, but decided to go for my dream of being a writer and photographer.  I live in a rural town, and have the most amazing little boy. I love four-wheeling, writing, hiking, camping, photography, traveling, and spending time with my family.
